How it works.

Different projects need different solutions. We'll recommend what makes sense for your budget and goals — not what makes us the most money.

Tier 01

Static Website

No backend

$500 – $1,500One-time build cost

Portfolio, brochure, contact page. No database, no backend — just fast, clean pages.

Hosting on any cheap host (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.). Client chooses and pays directly — usually $5–$15 / year. No ongoing fees from us once it's live.

e.g. Photography portfolio, service business brochure, event page

Tier 02

Web Application

Most common

$1,500 – $3,500One-time build cost

Booking system, member portal, simple store. Needs a database and real backend logic.

We host on our VPS: $50–$100 / month — includes updates, support, and security patches. Or bring your own VPS (DigitalOcean, Linode, etc.) for $5–$15 / month — we help set it up.

Tier 03

AI-Powered Tools

Requires a server — same hosting options as Tier 2. API usage (Claude, OpenAI, etc.) is billed directly to you by the provider — usually a few dollars / month for light use.

How AI API billing works

You own the keys, you see the bill.

You create the API account, you get the key, we wire it in. Bills go directly to you with no markup from us. Hard spending limits in the provider dashboard.

Email setup

Real addresses, real servers.

All hosted projects include email server config (IMAP / SMTP). Works with Gmail, Apple Mail, Outlook — any standard client. Custom addresses like you@yourdomain.com, no extra build cost.

Mobile access

PWA-ready by default.

Web apps work on phones out of the box. We can also build Progressive Web Apps that install on iOS / Android and feel native. Native (Swift, Kotlin) is outside our scope.

SEO & performance

Done right from day one.

Proper HTML structure, meta descriptions, mobile responsiveness, fast load times, clean code. Not fancy tricks — just the foundation. If you want aggressive SEO later, you can hire a specialist without rebuilding.

Step 01You create a free account with the API provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).

Step 02You get an API key — basically a password tied to your account and billing.

Step 03We wire that key into your tool. The bills go directly to you, not through us.

Step 04Every interaction costs a small amount — typically $0.001–$0.01 per use.

Step 05You see exactly what you're spending and set hard caps from your dashboard.

Note Example: a customer support chatbot handling 1,000 questions / month typically costs $10–$50 / month in API fees depending on question length. You see that bill directly from the provider — no markup from us. Build cost is one-time; hosting is ongoing only if your project needs a server. We're upfront about both before any work starts.
